E2 Visa Documents
1 ) ORIGINAL copy of bachelor degree (No photocopy is acceptable)
Freaked me out sending my degree but it was waiting for me all safe and sound when I got here. Also I remembered that it’s just a piece of paper, I am pretty sure it is not irreplaceable.
2 ) One set of OFFICIAL transcript (should be a sealed envelope and stamped from university )
Original of your transcripts, in a sealed envelope that is both stamped (official university stamp) and signed by an authorized university representive across the seal of the envelope)
* Please request more than 2 sealed transcripts to your university, as another sealed transcript is required when you go to the Korean consulate for getting an E2 VIsa stamp later.
**I had to ask for signed and sealed from UCSC by phone, no online option for this so double check**
3 ) Criminal background check with Apostille

4 ) Signed employment contract ( print it out and sign it. )
5 ) Photocopy of your information page of passport
6 ) Four passport sized photos
7 ) E-2 Visa applicant’s Heath Statement ( attached in pdf format this e-mail. You can just fill in the blank, then print off and enclose it with other documents)
After arrival in Korea, the applicant is scheduled to go an approved government hospital/public health clinics or general hospital and submit the report to the immigration office
