Bibimbap (비빔밥)

Bibmbap is a staple dish served at Gimbap shops all over Korea (hell I even got it on the airplane on the flight to Korea). Basically its rice with a whole bunch of stuff on top. first thing you do is stick a spoon in the boll and vigeriously stir all the contents. It’s filling, good, and cheap (usually only $4,000 won). I recommend dolsot bibimbap (돌솥 비빔밥) because it’s served in a hot bowl and much tastier in my opinion.

Jajangmyeon (자장면)

This is an adaptation of a Chinese dish that is absolutely delicious! It doesn’t look like much but as people say “looks can be deceiving”  because I totally dig this stuff! Also if your in Korea on April 14th (called Black Day) and you’re single you are supposed to take yourself out or go with some other single friends to enjoy some Jajangmyeon.

Looks like street tar but seriously tastes great!
